Mike Murray was born in Baltimore, MD, raised in Durham, NC. The son of an engineer, he grew up in the garage, starting his own handyman business at the age of 15. His natural curiosity and creativity lead to mechanical design engineering. Michael worked as a manufacturing engineer early in his career, before going back to design of mechanical and electromechanical systems. Outside of work, he writes and records music as a vocalist, plays sports, stays active outdoors, and takes his work home with him tinkering with his 3D printer.
